I attended an academic writing lecture; this was a very educational
and helpful class. The lecturer went over all the basics of writing essays from
how to structure to basic grammar. This was very helpful as the basic elements
of writing are what people forget and we also pick up bad habits over the
years. I think we should have more of
these types of classes thrown in our academic year; it helps boost our basic
writing skills. This was one of the most beneficial classes I have been to in a
while.
