Lego Serious Play was an effective workshop which i think as a class we all benefited from. It showed us what our strengths and weaknesses are, we talked about what would we as individuals bring to a team? Mine was impulsive which can be seen as both a
strenghts and a weakness. As an overall i really enjoyed the workshop and i think it would be a good ice breaker in both work and university.
